This policy explains how Two Quarters Sdn Bhd ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Each of our products has its own website and its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, your email address, the type of help you need and your message. We do not ask for anything else.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
We use your details only to read and reply to your message, and to keep a record of our conversation with you. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your permission.
Who processes it
To run this website and deliver your message to us, we use service providers that may store or process data outside Malaysia:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Web3Forms, which forwards contact form messages to our inbox.
- Namecheap, which hosts our email.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it. Email data@twoq.tech and we will respond within 21 days.
